We transitioned a scenic design business into a national touring company, Wood & Strings Theatre, creating six main stage events that have been viewed by over 2 million audience members. Our unique approach is the use of articulated figures for character exploration and definition, as we present world folklore through live theatre. Performing art centers, museums, universities, festivals and schools have seen our work. Among them National Geographic, DC, Tribeca Performing Art Center, NY, Detroit Institute of Arts, UMass at Amherst and Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, Tacoma, Washington.
